Collecting Tax on Your Purchase

Some states require us to collect taxes for the online services we provide. If taxes are required in the state your credit card is registered in you’ll see it added to the summary of charges on the purchase page and on the receipt. For a list of states that require this tax, click here.


Note: This tax is not applied to accounts of 501(c)3 non-profits that are receiving a discount. If you're a non-profit and are being taxed, please contact us for help in changing this at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or 866.683.7842x2.

  If your credit card is registered in one of the states required to collect tax, you'll see a line on the Review section showing how much it will be:

 

 

Once you make a purchase, you'll see a confirmation receipt with the tax line included:

Plus, the purchase confirmation email will include the tax as a separate line as well:
