Building a Survey
Creating a Survey is a snap with VerticalResponse. You can:
- Start from Scratch or Use a Template - There are 18 editable templates that have been filled in with questions relating to various topic or you can just start completely from scratch.
- Edit the Look & Feel - Change the look of the survey so it more closely matches your company's branding.
- Send an Invite - Use any of our four email editors to create an invitation to send out to your subscribers. We also provide a link that you can place on your website or transactional emails sent outside of VerticalResponse to direct people to your questionnaire.

Reports
Once you start seeing responses to your survey, you'll have access to detailed reports showing how the respondents have answered your questions.
- Standard Reports - The Summary, List and Individual reports show how every person has answered every question in your survey. You can use filters to drill down to specific groups of people based on how they responded.
- Comparison Reports - Side-by-Side and Cross Tab reports let you compare questions & answers directly against each other. Follow the links below to go directly to video or text help.
